1. Our Promise
We want you to love every purchase. 2. Eligibility Checklist
To qualify for a return, the item must:

Shipped back within 14 days of delivery | Perishable goods, digital downloads, gift cards |

3. Easy 3-Step Return Process

Request an RMA:
Email support@hayak.store within 14 days. We’ll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and shipping label. -
Pack & Ship:
Place the item(s) and the completed RMA form in a secure box. Affix the prepaid label or arrange drop-off with any courier of your choice. -
Inspection & Confirmation:
Once received at our Riyadh fulfilment centre, we’ll inspect your return within 3 business days and notify you of approval or rejection.
4. Refunds

Method: Refunds are credited to the original payment method.

Timing: Please allow 7-14 business days after approval for the amount to appear in your account.

Shipping Fees:

If the return is due to our error (wrong, faulty, or damaged item), we cover all shipping costs.

For “change-of-mind” returns, outbound shipping fees are non-refundable, and a flat SAR 25 return label fee will be deducted from the refund.

5. Exchanges
Need a different size or colour? Follow the same return steps, then place a new order once your refund is processed. This ensures the desired item is reserved for you.
6. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll offer:

Free replacement (subject to availability)

Full refund including shipping, or

Store credit
7. Late or Missing Refunds

Check your bank or card account again.

Then contact your bank; processing time often varies.

8. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the value of your return. Refunds can only be made to the original purchaser’s payment method.
